Framework for building embedded "Apps" inside the Gladly Hero agent workspace. Apps surface third-party data (orders, loyalty, returns, CDP profiles) alongside the customer timeline. Authored as JavaScript/Groovy bundles and managed via the `app-platform-appcfg-cli`.
