Zendesk Talk Stats API

The Zendesk Talk Stats API provides access to call statistics and current queue activity for your voice account. You can retrieve agent overview metrics including average talk time, available time, and accepted transfers. The current queue activity endpoint provides real-time visibility into call volume, wait times, and agent activity.
