Zendesk Omnichannel API

The Zendesk Omnichannel API provides access to agent availability and status information across Zendesk channels. It includes unified and custom agent statuses, per-channel agent statuses, assigned work items per channel, and agent max capacity per channel. This enables real-time monitoring and management of agent availability for omnichannel routing.
