Zendesk Chat Shortcuts API

The Zendesk Chat Shortcuts API lets you manage canned responses that agents can use during live chat conversations. You can list all shortcuts for the account, create new ones, update existing shortcuts, and delete them, with support for scoping by departments and agents.
