Composite of the three AMA decision-review filing endpoints — Higher-Level Review (HLR), Supplemental Claim (SC), and Notice of Disagreement (Board Appeal / NOD) — for submitting and tracking decision reviews under the Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act.
