Project Tycho API

Project Tycho, hosted at the University of Pittsburgh, provides standardized global health and epidemiological surveillance data. Its public API supports listing reference variables (conditions, countries, pathogens, geographies) and querying datasets, returning results in CSV and the Project Tycho data format. Use of the API requires a free API key obtained from the user profile after registration.
