Tuakiri Federated Identity (SAML 2.0 / Shibboleth)

The University of Otago operates a SAML 2.0 / Shibboleth Identity Provider (IdP) as a member of the Tuakiri NZ Access Federation, administered by REANNZ. This provides browser-based single sign-on for staff and students to access federated services across New Zealand research and education. This is federation identity infrastructure rather than a self-service developer API; integration is governed by Tuakiri federation membership and SAML metadata, not an open API program.
