Consul Connect / Service Mesh API

HashiCorp Consul provides service discovery and a service mesh (Consul Connect) with mutual TLS, intentions-based access control, and multi-datacenter support. Consul exposes a REST API for service catalog, health checks, key-value store, and mesh configuration.
