OpenCitations Index API

REST API for accessing citation entities in the OpenCitations dataset. Provides citation counts, incoming/outgoing reference lookups, and citation metadata by DOI, PMID, or OMID. Aggregates data across all OpenCitations indexes including COCI (Crossref open DOI-to-DOI citations).
