CMR Ingest API

REST API for creating, updating, and deleting metadata records in the Common Metadata Repository. Supports collections, granules, variables, services, tools, and subscriptions. Requires EDL Bearer Token or Launchpad SAML token authentication. Validates metadata against UMM schemas with revision tracking for all changes.
