Azure DevOps Permissions Report API

API for generating and downloading permissions reports that help administrators determine the effective permissions of users and groups on securable resources in Azure DevOps. Reports list effective permissions for each user and group in the organization, accounting for directly assigned, group hierarchy inherited, and resource hierarchy inherited permissions.
