LiqPay Webhooks (Callbacks)

Server-to-server callback notifications sent by LiqPay to the merchant server_url on payment events including successful payment, failure, chargeback, and reversal. Callback payloads are base64-encoded JSON signed with SHA-1 using the merchant private key for tamper detection.
