Cloud Healthcare FHIR API

The Cloud Healthcare FHIR API provides a fully managed implementation of the HL7 FHIR standard (supporting DSTU2, STU3, and R4 versions) for storing and querying clinical and administrative healthcare resources. It supports standard FHIR RESTful operations including create, read, update, delete, search, and batch/transaction bundles. The API enables bulk export to Cloud Storage and BigQuery, Patient-level consent enforcement, SMART on FHIR authorization, and FHIR Pub/Sub notifications for event-driven architectures. Transaction bundles support up to 4,500 entries per bundle.
