Cloud Healthcare Consent Management API

The Cloud Healthcare Consent Management API provides fine-grained, patient-centric consent management for healthcare data access. It enables organizations to define consent policies, record patient consent artifacts, and enforce access decisions at query time. The API supports attribute-based access control via consent attributes, evaluation of consent decisions for data access requests, and integration with FHIR stores to restrict FHIR resource access based on active patient consents. Patient consent is billed at $0.05 per active consent per month; admin policies at $50.00 per active policy per month.
