GitHub Installation API

The GitHub Installation API is part of the GitHub Apps platform and lets an app understand and manage where its installed and what it can access, and act on behalf of that installation. Using these endpoints, an app can list its installations, fetch details for a specific installation, enumerate the repositories granted to it, and (when the app is configured for selected repositories ) add or remove repository access.
