Cloudability Vendor Credentials API

The Vendor Credentials API manages connections to AWS payer accounts, Azure billing scopes, GCP billing projects, OCI tenancies and other cloud vendors. It supports listing existing credentials, validating connectivity, rotating secrets, and onboarding new accounts.
