Provides access to Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data, enabling aggregation reports and CSV downloads of mortgage lending records filtered by geography (state, county, MSA/MD), financial institution LEI, and year. Supports nationwide and regional queries for analyzing mortgage lending patterns and fair lending compliance.
