Lumen OpenAPI Services (Level 3 legacy)

The Level 3 / Lumen OpenAPI Services portal provides OpenAPI-described REST services such as the Lumen Location API that returns detailed service location information by locationId, along with reference specifications inherited from the Level 3 product family.
