BandChain REST API

The BandChain REST API provides HTTP access to BandChain mainnet data including oracle scripts, data requests, price feeds, validator information, account balances, and all Cosmos SDK module queries. Built on gRPC-web via HTTP/1.5 or HTTP/2, the API exposes Band Protocol-specific modules (oracle, feeds, TSS, tunnel) alongside standard Cosmos modules (bank, staking, governance, distribution).
